Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 4th day of May, 2015, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F. S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:
LOTS 2396 AND 2397, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 8, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
