NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 26, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA005880NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JAMES T. HILDERBRANDT, TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA OGILVIE, MAUREEN OGILVIE, SARASOTA COUNTY GOVERNMENT, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA OGILVIE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN OGILVIE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants.
Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of May, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1418, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus. The United States of America shall not be bound by the sixty (60) day time period imposed by Florida Statutes Section 45.032 upon motions for distribution of surplus funds.
