Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 11, 2014 and order entered on April 7, 2015, in Case No.: 09-CA-19787-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Donna Marie Stewart a/k/a DonnaMarie Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie Judith Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie J. Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie Stewart-Dey and Coast Pump & Supply Co., Inc. d/b/a Coast Pump Water Technologies are defendants, and Unknown Spouse of Donna Marie Stewart a/k/a DonnaMarie Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie Judith Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie J. Stewart a/k/a Donna Marie Stewart-Dey is a defaulted defendant, that on May 12, 2015, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
