NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006845 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ANTHONY SZABO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY SZABO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 12th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 2464, FORTY-NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 1, 1A THROUGH 1TT, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
