NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment dated April 10, 2015, and entered in Case No.: 2015 CA 000507 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7-H, DOLPHIN TOWER, a Condominium, according to the Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Pages 269 through 387, amended in Official Records Book 1069, Pages 310 through 322, amended in Official Records Book 1069, Pages 1652 through 1688, amended in Official Records Book 1416, Page 1125, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2015.
