YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Sarasota, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Unit 5136, CALLE MINORGA CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007151072, and as amended, as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 41, Pages 11 through 11B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as 5136 Calle Minorga, Sarasota, FL 34242
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by MAY 26, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
