NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-004432 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE5 is the Plaintiff and JOAN HAMILTON; JAMES E. OSTEEN; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 113, LOMA LINDA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
