NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-007416 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. 2007-AHL1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL1 is the Plaintiff and ROBIN G. EGGERS; PHILLIP L. EGGERS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2759 OF THE 55TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 40, 40A-40E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
