NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 07, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 006915 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and MINDY JO WILLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MINDY JO WILLIS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 22, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN, SARASOTA COUNTY STATE OF FL, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2000100360 ID# 0170-02-0025, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 7 AND THE EAST 16.67 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK D MOUNT PLEASANT, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 210.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM GREGORY C. WILLIS SINGLE TO MINDY JO WILLIS SINGLE, BY QUIT CLAIM DEED, DATED 07/28/2007 RECORDED ON 8/7/2000 IN INSTRUMENT NO 2000100360, IN SARASOTA COUNTY, RECORDS, STATE OF FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
