BOWER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 31, Block 110, 7th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 19, 19A through 19N, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Luis E. Rivera, II, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902-0280, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
