NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated December 4, 2014, as rescheduled by the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 31, 2015, in Case No. 2013-CA-003058-NC of the Circuit Court of the
12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SABADELL UNITED BANK, N.A. AS ASSIGNEE OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK, PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THAT CERTAIN PURCHASE AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 19, 2011, WITH LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK ALSO BEING KNOWN OF RECORD AS VIRTUALBANK SENIORS LENDING GROUP, A DIVISION OF LYDIAN PRIVATE BANK, is the Plaintiff and JAMES A. MCKEE ALSO KNOWN AS JAMES MCKEE; ELKE MCKEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NOW KNOWN AS TIM CHEESEMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NOW KNOWN AS LAURA CHEESEMAN; are the Defendants, the HON. KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
