NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated April 15, 2015, in Case No. 2014-CA-007039 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY, AN ILLINOIS BANKING CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and CONSTANCE L. GODET; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1 NOW KNOWN AS SCOTT BARR; are the Defendants, the HON. KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will
sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
This foreclosure sale will be conducted via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am, on May 20, 2015, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
I. TENANT'S LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY
The tenant's leasehold interest in the below described land (“Real Property”), per the terms of the ground lease referenced in that certain memorandum of ground lease, recorded on April 1, 2011, in Instrument Number 2011037934, in the public records of Sarasota County, Florida, by and between Community Housing Trust of Sarasota, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation, as landlord, and Constance L. Godet, as tenant. The Real Property is described as follows:
LOT 974, LAKE SARASOTA UNIT NO. 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 92 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ALL BUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS AND STRUCTURES NOW LOCATED ON SAID TRACT.

II. TENANT'S FEE SIMPLE INTEREST IN IMPROVEMENTS
The fee simple interest in all buildings, improvements and structures (collectively, “Improvements”) located on the Real Property.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
