NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 009980 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and JOE STEPHENS, AS TRUSTEE FOR BREE STEPHENS 5 TRUST; JOE STEPHENS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE BREE STEPHENS 5 TRUST; BARBARA STEPHENS A/K/A BARBARA L. STEPHENS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA STEPHENS A/K/A BARBARA L. STEPHENS N/K/A JOSEPH STEPHENS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 21, SIESTA BEACH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
