NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-000441-NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JOHN W. CLERKIN; AMANDA NUMBERS; PEDIATRIC OTOLARYNGOLOGY HEAD & NECK SURGERY ASSOCIATES, P.A; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC; SARASOTA EASTPOINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, EASTPOINTE, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 1, 1A AND 1B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
