NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 008751 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP is Plaintiff and DANIEL SMITHAKA DANIEL W. SMITH, MICHELLE L. SMITH, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE, NEWPORT BEACH HOLDINGS, LLC, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, New Leisure Lakes, Unit No. 1, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
