NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008948 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD J. KOMISKEY, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK SUCCERSSOR IN INTEREST TO SOUTHRUST BANK, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 26th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 937, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 18TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
