A Complaint has been filed to quiet title or remove any encumbrance, lien or cloud on the title to certain real property in Sarasota County, Florida. The Complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The action is styled City of Sarasota, Florida versus Charles L. Edwards, et als.
The known natural Defendants are: Charles L. Edwards; Imilcie Raquel Hernandez; and Charles Brown. The known corporate Defendants are: Citimortgage, Inc.; and Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc.
The real property which Plaintiff, City of Sarasota, Florida, seeks to quiet title is the following:
Lot 14, Block A, Newtown Heights, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 108 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This is Parcel ID No. 2020090021 located at 2953 N. Links Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34234.
Defendant, Charles Brown, is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on Plaintiffs attorney Michael A. Connolly at Fournier, Connolly, Warren and Shamsey, P.A., 1
South School Avenue, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34237 on or before the 8th day of June, 2015; and to file the original of the defense with the Clerk of Circuit Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter, showing what right, title, interest or lien the Defendant has in or to the property described above. If any Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
