LOT 69, THE MEADOWS, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 23, 23A THRU 23G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4958 TAYWATER DELL, SARASOTA, FL 34235; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 1, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
