NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015793 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JORGE A. CERRON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE A. CERRON; SUNTRUST BANK; BEACH WAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. G-1, BEACH WAY APARTMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 846, AT PAGE 731 ET SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 6 ET SEQ., AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
