NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 19, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013CA000269 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Fremont Home Loan Trust 2005-D, Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-D is the Plaintiff and Wyatt Wortham; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Fremont Investment and Loan; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s); Unknown Spouse of Wyatt Wortham; Et Al; Et Al are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, SHAN-OAKS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
