NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA003546AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-3 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-3, is Plaintiff, and BONITA S. MITCHELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk ad interim, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2014 of RIVER CLUB SOUTH, SUBPHASE II, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page(s) 125 through 143, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
