NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-005832 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-3, Plaintiff and Mitchell C. Mallett and Myrna G. Mallett, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk Ad Interim of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, FAIRWAY MANOR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
