NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003826-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DIANE K JENSEN; NIELS P. JENSEN A/K/A NIELS JENSEN; JEAN B JENSEN; STATE OF FLORIDA; SARASOTA VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2nd day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
