A part of Lots 41 and 42, Block E, as shown on the plat of Brucewood as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 16, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 43, said Block E, said point being on the arc of a curve whose radius point bears S 46° 03' 15” W from said point; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly right-of-way line at Sunset Drive, and the arc at said curve, having a radius of2186.39 feet and a central angle of 0° 47' 10”, an arc distance of 30.0 feet,. to the Point of Beginning or
this description; thence N 52° 49' 08” E, a distance of 98.24 feet; thence S 40° 05' 12”
E, a distance of 69.90 feet; thence S 5ZO 52' 21” W, a distance of 95.60 feet to a point on the Northeasterly right-or-way line at said Sunset Drive, said point being on the arc of a curve, whose radius point bears S 46° 50' 26” W from said point, thence Northwesterly along said right-or-way line and the arc of said curve, having a radius at 2186.39 feet and a central angle of 10 50' 04”, an arc distance of 70.0 feet to the Point of Beginning
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
