NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003336 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR NORMANDY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-18, is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY LAM, ET AL are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible on June 8, 2015, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
