Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 76, Oaks 1, Single Family Plat of Oaks, as per Plat thereof recorded in P;at Book 28, Page 48, of the Public Records of Sarasota county, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., or as soon as possible thereafter on June 2, 2015.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
