NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002452-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY A. LATESSA A/K/A ANTHONY LATESSA; LYNDA J. LATESSA A/K/A LYNDA LATESSA; LAKESIDE OF NAPLES RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKESIDE CARRIAGE HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 30 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. W-201, LAKESIDE CARRIAGE HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1448, PAGES 1437 TO 1512, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
