NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000244-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO ARREGUIN; MARIA J. ARREGUIN A/ K/A MARIA ARREGUIN A/K/A MARIA J. VEJAR A/K/A MARIA DEJESUS VEJAR A/K/A MARIA D. ARREGUIN A/K/A MARIA DE JESUS ARREGUIN; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 30 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
