LOT NUMBER TWO (2), LESS THE WEST 105', BLOCK 69, OF ORIGINAL PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, AS SAID LOT IS SHOWN BY PLAT OF C.H. JOHNSON, SURVEYOR, DATED SEPTEMBER 1945, AND ATTACHED TO DEED FROM J.E. BARLETT & SONS, INC. TO R.G. HARTER, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 207, PAGES 159 THROUGH 161 AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 10.0 FEET THEREOF FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 10' OF THE WESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT NUMBER SIX (6), BLOCK 69, THE NORTH 10' OF LOT NUMBER THREE (3), BLOCK 69, AND THE NORTH 10' OF THE WESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT SEVEN(7), BLOCK 69, FOR INGRESS AND EDRESS

YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before 06/08/2015 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R. Wellborn, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 350 Jim Moran Blvd., Suite 100, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
