BARLETT & SONS, INC. TO R.G. HARTER, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 207, PAGES 159 THROUGH 161 AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 29, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTHERLY 10.0 FEET THEREOF FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER THE SOUTH 10' OF THE WESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT NUMBER SIX (6), BLOCK 69, THE NORTH 10' OF LOT NUMBER THREE (3), BLOCK 69, AND THE NORTH 10' OF THE WESTERLY 1/2 OF LOT SEVEN(7), BLOCK 69, FOR INGRESS AND EDRESS
