NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004760 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLEY AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR LVS TITLE I is the Plaintiff and ABDUL A. GHOLAMI; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SARAH GHOLAMI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 26th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1552, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
