NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 20th day of April 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003650-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTINA TRUST AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST is the Plaintiff and HERON SHORES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II; CARA L. STOKES; GARY A. STOKES; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 27th day of May , 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
