NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015, and entered in Case No.: 2014 CA 003401 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NBS, 2005, LLC is Plaintiff, and BRUNO IZZO, an individual, DEVRA IZZO, an individual, M & W SUPPLY, INC., a Florida corporation, and SARASOTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2015, all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
