NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-007619-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and DARIUSZ KOZLOWSKI, ET AL are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible on June 8, 2015, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1620, 33RD ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 17, 17A-17N, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
