NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002834 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Diana R. Ready a/k/a Diana Ready; Paula R. Ready a/k/a Paula Ready; Robert C. Ready a/k/a Robert Ready; Unknown Spouse of Paula R. Ready a/k/a Paula Ready are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF THE WEST 98.6 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 27, BLOCK A, BELLEVUE TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
