NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004612 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and Unknown Beneficiaries of the Clara L. Williams Living Trust, UTD 9/12/11; Unknown Successor Trustees of the Clara L. Williams Living Trust, UTD 9/12/11; City of Sarasota, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of May, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “C”, FIRST ADDITION TO HILLCREST PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
