NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 1, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-013569-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-2, CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES,SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and MARIA G. LECONA BECERRA LOPEZ A/K/A MARIA LECONA A/K/A MARIA G. LECONA; MIGUEL ANGEL LOPEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 6/5/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
