NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-006408, in which, Idamante Jeanty a/k/a Idamante Philone, Charlemagne Philone, Southpointe Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Nikaise Jeanty, Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a John Forstant and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 12, Southpointe Meadows, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 43, 43A through 43D, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 5410 SOUTHERLY WAY, SARASOTA, FL, 34232
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will offer the above-referenced real property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2015, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
