Final Judgment was awarded on February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 002034 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff, and DONNA MORROW A/K/A DONNA D. MORROW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA MORROW A/K/A DONNA D. MORROW NKA KEVIN PALMER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC..; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3; UNKNOWN TENANT #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
