Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 4, 2015 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 23, Block B, GLEN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 20, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
