LOT 19, PIRATES COVE, TOGETHER WITH A 1/20TH INTEREST IN “THE LANDING” AND ACCESS TO THE BAY THROUGH THE SAME, AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
