NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2015, and entered in 58-2013-CA-004841 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SPRINGLEAF FINANCE CORPORATION, IN TRUST FOR U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTAGE LOAN TRUST 2012-2, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES SERIES, 2012-2 is the Plaintiff and TRACY L. HINEY; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE AL & SANDY COSTIN LIVING TRUST DATED 1/7/2000; SANDRA J. COSTIN A/K/A SANDRA COSTIN A/K/A SANDY COSTIN, AS TRUSTEES OF THE AL & SANDY COSTIN LIVING TRUST DATED 1/7/2000; SORRENTO EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LVNV FUNDING LLC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 01, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK N, SORRENTO EAST, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 12, 12A AND 12B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
