NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 02, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 004627 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and ANGELA KASAPAKIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA KASAPAKIS; CHRISTOS KASAPAKIS; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; STONEYBROOK COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, STONEYBROOK AT PALMER RANCH UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 30, 30A, 30B, AND 30C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
