Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated May 4, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2014 CA 003685 NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and JAROSLAV ENDRST, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 8325 AND 8326, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 30, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 9th day of June, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
