NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 003373 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GREG L. LIVINGSTON A/K/A GREG LIVINGSTON; MARY B. LIVINGSTON A/K/A MARY LIVINGSTON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of June, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 438, OVERBROOK GARDENS SECTION NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 42, 42A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
