Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 5, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1, LAUREL HOLLOW, A LAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1893, PAGES 1194 ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 26, PAGES 8 THROUGH 8D, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 200 LAUREL HOLLOW DR, NOKOMIS, FL 34275; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 9, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
