NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 58-2015-CA-000152NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER SHELDON, SARAH SHELDON, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CITY OF NORTH PORT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST MARK STEPHEN SHELDON A/K/A MARK S. SHELDON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER SHELDON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK STEPHEN SHELDON A/K/A MARK S. SHELDON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH SHELDON, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Mark Stephen Sheldon aka Mark S. Sheldon, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 9th day of June, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit::
Lot 27, Block 106, 7th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 19, 19-A through 19-N, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
