NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated and an Order Resetting Sale dated April 28, 2015 and entered in Case No. 582013CA001572 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-A2 is Plaintiff and DAVID HOGLUND; SIESTA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VIRGINIA HOGLUND; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KAREN E. RUSHING, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m.on June 3, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit B16, SIESTA POINTE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2007015127, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 40, Pages 18, 18A through 18G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, including all other common elements and limited common elements appurtenant thereto (collectively the “property”)
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
