Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated May 1, 2015 entered in Civil Case Number 2012 CA 004424 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CESAR GARZA-JIMENEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 47, OF LORD`S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF SARASOTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 194, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY. FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID BLOCK 47; EXTENDED A DISTANCE OF 353.4 FEET: THENCE SOUTH 89° 54` WEST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 47 A DISTANCE OF 238 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89°54` WEST. 77 FEET; THENCE NORTH 142 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 54` EAST, 77 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 142 FEET: TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. AND BEING LOT 12, OF AN UNRECORDED PLAT OF KENILWORTH AND LOCATED IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY. FLORIDA.
