NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 05, 2015, and entered in 58-2013-CA-000487 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE TOTHE HOLDERS OF THE ZUNI MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA1, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA1 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS AND OTHER OF THE ESTATE OF ESTHER RICHARDS BRIDGE A/K/A ESTHER A. LOT 1, BLOCK 2496 OF FIFTIETH ( 50TH) ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 7, 7A THROUGH 7H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
