NOTICE is given pursuant to the Agreed Partial Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Replevin entered by this Court on the 6th day of May, 2015 in Civil Action No. 2014-CA-005649 of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, in which WALTER I. WINKELMEYER, JR., AND HIS SUCCESSORS AS TRUSTEE OF THE WALTER I. WINKELMEYER, JR. REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER RESTATED DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 2 MAY, 2013, et al. are the Defendants and SUNTRUST BANK, is the Plaintiff, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the sale held online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, at 9:00 a.m. on the 11th day of June, 2015, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Units C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, D-1, D-2, D-3, and D-4, OAKWOOD BUSINESS CENTER, a condominium as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1980, page 886, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 26, Page 44 through 44A, as amended, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida (the “Mortgaged Property”)

All of the assets of American Apparel Designs, Inc., including without limitation its accounts, inventory, furniture, fixtures, equipment, goods, deposit accounts, instruments, documents, commercial tort claims, letter of credit rights, investment property, chattel paper and general intangibles (the “Personal Property Collateral”)
with a street address of 121 Corporation Way, Suite C, Venice, FL 34292
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
